The President then brought his tradition of town hall meetings to Strasbourg. In the meeting the President received a wide range of questions. In the course of the meeting he repeated one major theme, he explained that the Untied States needed to take Europe more seriously, but at the same time there needed to less automatic anti- Americanism in Europe.
