The President began his day with his security and economic briefings. He then met with his senior advisors. The President then spoke at the Business Roundtable. There he spoke about the need to work together to get the economy going. He addressed the question if he was being too ambitious in trying to accomplish to many things at the same time, by explaining that all the things that he is accused of trying to accomplish are part of a ten year plan, and not to accomplished right away. He answered a question about the health care by saying that he tries to explain to his more liberal supporters that you cannot solve health care by just giving health care coverage to more people without getting to the core of the problem the cost of health care.
